The WMACi25 Local Organizing Committee will operate a shuttle service to connect the two venues. This service is available at no cost for credentialed athletes and credentialed accompanying persons. The venue to-venue shuttle will operate on the following schedule but is subject to change.

Transportation from Hotels to Venue
Hotels to Alachua County Sports & Events Center
The WMACi25 Local Organizing Committee created a transportation network through private charter consisting of four routes leading to the Alachua County Sports and Events Center. These hotel to venue (ACSEC) routes will operate March 22 – March 30, 2025, on an hourly basis.
Credentialed athletes and accompanying persons who ordered a transportation pass may utilize this service. Passes will be distributed with your credentials at accreditation. Credentialed athletes and accompanying persons who did not order a transportation pass may purchase one at the Welcome Center at a rate of $50 per person.
These routes will run on an hourly basis starting 30 minutes prior to the opening of the Welcome Center (accreditation, confirmation, TIC) and 30 minutes following the close of the Welcome Center.
